Lead  Xstore  L2 Support Consultant

Type of Employment: Full Time

Work Location: Anywhere in India

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical assistance to clients within SLA
  • Willing to work on 24×7 project including shift & weekend
  • Helping customers generate reports
  • Good analytical and communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

B.E., B.Tech, MCA or Equivalent

Experience:

  • 8 to 12 yrs of experience
  • 5+ yrs knowledge of Oracle Retail POS, Oracle Xstore POS or GK POS is MUST; 2+ yrs of experience in Lead position
  • Experience in troubleshooting and log analysis
  • Basic knowledge of Java and SQL
  • Creating reports with Bugzilla, Excel, ppt
  • Experience with SVN, GIT
  • Tools: Bugzilla, Eclipse, Jenkins, GitLab

Others

Basic understanding of DevOps tools (Good to have)
